iPhoto Resize does not sell your personal information. We do not engage in the sale, trade, or rental of personal data to third parties as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), or any similar state privacy law.

iPhoto Resize is a browser-based tool. We do not require an account, and we do not request or collect personal information such as your name, email address, payment details, or the files you process. All image resizing occurs locally on your device. Because we do not collect personal data through the Service, there is no personal data for us to sell.

iPhoto Resize may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks (such as Google AdSense). These partners may use cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies to collect non-personal information — including device type, browser type, approximate location, and browsing activity — to serve relevant advertising. These third parties operate independently of iPhoto Resize and are subject to their own privacy policies.

You can limit or opt out of third-party advertising tracking by:

• Adjusting your Google Ads personalization settings;
• Visiting aboutads.info/choices (Digital Advertising Alliance) or networkadvertising.org/choices;
• Enabling "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" in your browser settings;

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. Because iPhoto Resize does not collect or sell personal information through the Service, these rights are effectively honored by default.
