Terms of Service

Terms of Service

The rules of the road for using iPhoto Resize. Read these carefully — using the Service means you accept them.

Last updated: April 2026

1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using iPhoto Resize (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and by our Privacy Policy and Legal Disclosure. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2.Description of Service

iPhoto Resize is a browser-based utility that allows users to resize, compress, convert, and watermark images, including in batches. All processing occurs locally within the user's web browser.

3.User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Only process content you own or have explicit permission to use;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction;
  • Use the Service in a manner that does not harm iPhoto Resize or others;
  • Take full responsibility for the content you create using the Service.

4.Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create, distribute, or process content that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
  • Infringes on the intellectual-property rights of any third party;
  • Contains malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;
  • Is intended to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group;
  • Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any person.

You are solely responsible for any content you process through iPhoto Resize and agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your misuse of the Service.

5.No File Storage / Client-Side Processing

All resizing, compression, and conversion happens in your browser. We do not upload, receive, or retain any image you process. Because we never see your files, we cannot recover them — keep your originals safe.

6.Free Service & No Warranty

iPhoto Resize is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce a particular result for any specific image. Browser memory limits, file formats, and device performance may all affect output.

7.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iPhoto Resize shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of revenue, or corrupted files — arising from your use of the Service.

8.Intellectual Property

The iPhoto Resize name, logo, design, and underlying code are our property. You retain all rights to the images you process — we claim no license, ownership, or interest in your content.

9.Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also modify these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which iPhoto Resize is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
